How to End a Bad Date

When a date is good, both people don't seem to want it to end. However, when a date goes bad, it seems that time stretches and the two parties go on and find the most discreet ways of ending it. That would actually be the manner of how a bad date should end - discreetly. There's no need for vulgarities and telling the other person how much of a bore he or she is. The key is ending the date with as much class and manners as possible.

Either case, there is no excuse for a date to execute moves such as just ditching a date by mysteriously disappearing or getting out of a restaurant via a back exit. There is no room for rudeness even on a bad date.

When ending a bad date, just sincerely tell the person that you appreciate the food or the movie, but you just do not see any connection between the two of you. Thank your date for a nice evening and take your leave. If your date turns aggressive and starts yelling or asking for an explanation, calmly apologize and leave.
